Mango-Lime Sirup
We've went into the "lab" this winter and experimented with a mango-lime syrup, developed to compliment our gin with notes of the fresh and sour.
Here at the distillery, we have made the syrup by hand from organic mango puree and fresh organic limes. We have tested, adapted and perfected the taste of the syrup.
