Sun Above Gudhjem is a lovely sea buckthorn cocktail that leads the mind to sunny summer days. It has a fine balance between sweetness and bitterness
The package consists of:
- ENE Sea Buckthorn gin (70 cl)
- 2 x FT Mediterranean Tonicvand (2x 50 cl)
- Høstets sweet sea buckthorn juice (25 cl)
How to make it:
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add 5-6 cl. ENE Sea Buckthorn gin
- Add 1-2 cl. sweet sea buckthorn juice
- Top op med FT Mediterranean tonic
