ENE Organic Gin – Rosemary
ENE Rosemary is distilled with organic, fresh and dried rosemary. Despite rosemary's otherwise strong aroma of pine needles, it is the subtle notes of eucalyptus and fresh lavender that come into play after distillation. It gives a gin that is round and fresh in taste, with hints of the softer notes of rosemary.
If the gin's aroma is to really come into its own, we recommend drinking it with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a sweeter tonic such as Fever Tree Mediterranean. You will get a Gin & Tonic that has both freshness and sweetness to it.
