ENE Organic Gin - Rhubarb
Our rhubarb gin is the taste of summer in a bottle. With its fresh and warm aroma, it can be enjoyed both with Bornholms Mosteri's rhubarb juice, or as a more classic Gin & Tonic with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic.
Note that the essential oils from the rhubarb can make the gin a bit cloudy when the bottle is cooled.
Rhubarb gin is distilled with leftover rhubarb from Bornholmske Mosteri's production of their wonderful, tasty rhubarb juice. In the production of the rhubarb juice, they use more than 50 tons of fresh rhubarb annually. We buy some of the leftovers and use it in our own production. It is our goal to expand the collaboration, where we recycle residues from their products, for the production of new exciting and tasty spirits varieties.
