Lovely Danish cocktail with plenty of sea buckthorn flavour.
- 4-5 cl ENE Organic Gin - Sea Buckthorn
- 3 cl Organic sea buckthorn juice from Høstet (if you use the sweet one, squeeze some fresh lemon juice in as well and avoid so much sugar syrup)
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 1 Egg white
Fill a shaker with ice, add ingredients and shake it well. Serve it in a lowball glass and enjoy the fresh taste experience!
