A lovely refreshing cocktail that tastes of summer in Southern Europe.

First, the glass is rimmed with sugar. Then shake 3 ice cubes together with Vodka, Lime juice and one teaspoon of sugar. The cocktail is then strained into the sugar-rimmed glass along with ice cubes. Sparkling water is added at the end. Garnish with a slice of orange, as shown in the picture.
