Honey Mustard Surprise

We have made this cocktail in collaboration with a Danish cocktail bar. It is absolutely perfect for Easter lunch.


  • 4 cl REN Vodka Original
  • 4 cl Honey syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1.5 cl Egg yolk (it is important that it is fresh, if your drink is not to taste like eggs)
  • 2 cl Lemon
  • 2 cl Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Lemon peel on a stick


All the above ingredients, except the decorations, are put in a shaker and shaked. The shake is then poured into a glass with ice, and finally the stick with lemon peel is placed on the edge of the glass, as shown in the picture.
