On hot summer days, homemade lemonade is an absolute hit. Delicious and refreshing and filled with the taste of fresh lemons. In our lemonade, however, there must be gin before it is really good. Fortunately, lemons and elderflower go well together, so we've made a batch of Elderflower gin Lemonade.
The cocktail has a good balance between sour and sweet and is a sweeter alternative to an Elderflower G&T.
- 4 cl ENE Organic Gin - Elderflower
- 2 cl Elderflower syrup or sugar syrup
- 3 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Elderflower Tonic (possibly the one from Fever Tree)
Pour gin, lemon juice and syrup into a shaker with ice. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with elderflower tonic. Serve.
