Bramble originated in England in the 1980s and is described as a spring cocktail.
- 5 cl ENE Organic Gin - Mint
- 2.5 cl Sugar syrup
- 1.5 cl Lemon juice
- 2.5 cl Creme de Mure
- Crushed ice in a lowball glass
- Ice for the shaker
- A few blackberries and possibly a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon for decoration.
Pour ice, gin, sugar syrup & lemon juice into the shaker and shake for 20-25 seconds until it's ice cold! Fill a lowball glass completely with crushed ice and strain the contents from the shaker over the ice. Pour over the Creme de Mure and garnish with blackberries & mint.
